This is the Railways Training Institute (RTI) Marine School in Kisumu. The school features facilities such as a training pool, firefighting training facility, standard hostels for 160 students, 40 executive rooms and a conference room. April intake ongoing.

EMPOWEING THE YOUNG WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THE BBI HON. TEDDY- THE CHAIRMAN OF NAIROBI NI SISI INITIATIVE AT HURUMA GROUNDS
The dissemination of information about the BBI is important to help the Kenyan youth understand the full benefits of the constitutional changes in the interest of the Wananchi. The Nairobi ni Sisi initiative was held at Huruma grounds led by Hon. Teddy in issuing copies of the BBI also donating soaps to the residents.

HON MWANGI MUGO LEADS THE BBI MASHINANI INITIATIVE FOR CIVIL EDUCATION ON THE BBI IN ROYSAMBU
Hon. Mwangi Mugo the BBI chairman in the Roysambu Ward Team took the opportunity last weekend to lead the BBI Mashinani initiative team to raise public awareness regarding the BBI with the team on a team visiting Huruma and Kiamaiko where the team issued copies of the BBI document to residents, the business people, Boda Boda riders and the youth in the area to enable the public understand better about the BBI.
The the team also engaged the community in the matter of Covid prevention awareness where they donated hand washing soaps to the community in Huruma to assist in the fight against the spread of COVID 19 in the area.
CATHOLIC DOCTORS IN KENYA OPPOSED TO COVID 19 VACCINATION EFFORTS
The Kenya catholic doctors association have expressed their reservations on the vaccination roll out program in Kenya. The members of the organization are encouraging faith-based organisations to halt vaccine campaigns, as they claim the only reasonable defence against Covid-19 is observing safety precautions such as wearing masks and quarantining patients for 10-14 days.
